Key Responsibilities:

  • Match Organization: Oversee or coach local junior pickleball league matches, ensuring smooth operations and a fun atmosphere.

  • Player Engagement: Recruit and engage young players, teams, and local pickleball clubs to participate in the association’s leagues.

  • Venue Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities to secure appropriate playing spaces for matches.

  • Promotion: Drive awareness of the association through social media, local advertising, and community outreach.

  • League Management: Manage registrations, player rosters, and match schedules effectively.

  • Support Role: Act as a point of contact for players and parents, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.

  • Fair Play: Ensure adherence to league rules and promote fair play standards among participants.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the association team on league-wide initiatives and community-building efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for Pickleball: Deep enthusiasm for junior pickleball.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to plan and execute events smoothly.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with players, parents, sponsors, and stakeholders.

  • Event Planning Experience: Previous experience in event planning, sports management, or community engagement is a plus.

  • Community Focus: Dedication to promoting sportsmanship and fostering a vibrant junior pickleball community.
